It is really good in tracking interactions with potential hires. The onboarding process is highly streamlined.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP can definitely do something on the custom reports, it shouldn't be that complex really.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP, according to my 8 years of experience is very suitable for midsizes and above for hxm experiences.
