What differentiates SAP HANA Cloud from other similar products?

Its "unique" user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Management of vendors's accounts, inventory, and MRP is very powerful and detailed. The integration of the BOM, inventory, and other data for reliable order-scheduling, and the ability to track transactions with cost centers for managerial accounting is very valuable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product's UI is a large part of the learning curve. It behaves like no other GUI I have interacted with. Click behavior is different, it is cumbersome to try to toggle between many different tabs of options full of radio buttons and input fields that can often get hidden if the screen size isn't large enough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP is a huge player with a lot of training and support available. Of course, you must determine whether your business processes can be adapted to integrate with SAP. That means before even considering to implement it, you will need to map existing business processes and understand how the different functional areas are intended to work together in SAP. Oracle Cloud SCM also provides much of the same features and some more cutting edge implementations such as AI being able to prescribe recommendations in real time from shop floor sensors. It is worth comparing to other competitors. Generally speaking, it is cost-inhibiting/overkill for SMEs.

SAP HANA is fully ACID compliant. This means that the in-memory database of SAP HANA has guaranteed, secure and reliable database transactions SAP HANA natively provides capabilities for machine learning, spatial processing, graph, streaming analytics, time series, text analytics/search, and cognitive services all within the same platform. Applications on SAP HANA can provide real-time actionable insights from a wide-variety of data types

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unlike tradition RDBMS there are lot new feature in HANA that makes it easier and efficient. SAP HANA is a modern multi-tenant in-memory platform to build next-generation Big Data, IoT, translytical, and advanced analytics applications. SAP HANA allows advanced analytics using a single data platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such as my experience with SAP HANA is very good so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this solution to others. This product covers almost everything, and it's scalable and very innovative. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate SAP HANA at nine.
