SAP Customer Data Solutions simplifies our B2C management by offering enterprise preferences management, permission, and patient identity access management. This ensures the accuracy of patient data across all our divisions, empowering us to make informed decisions through precise data analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software significantly speeds up onboarding and marketing processes, reducing the time individual staff members would typically spend on these tasks while providing patients with a more professional experience. It also allows for easy delegation of responsibilities to colleagues and holistic oversight of the entire project management side.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is an expensive software. It also needs to have more customizable screen sets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our primary use of SAP Customer Data Solutions is tracking customer preferences and sending them targeted marketing messages. With it, We can send reminders via email or text for confirming appointments. If any customers have issues with their current service plans, we can address and update them promptly.

What differentiates SAP Customer Data Platform from other similar products?

We had to research every significant component of the integration because the Solutions Architect on the project for connecting our e-commerce platform, SAP Hybris (now known as SAP Commerce). The best platform for storing consumer data is SAP, which is likely the largest repository. The sap technical support team gave us the assistance we needed, and the documentation for the interface is extensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reliable product offers a fantastic platform for enhancing and growing our relationship with our clients. In addition, SAP has produced several simple components to integrate with the core CR&B product, which we are considering using to broaden our selection of goods and services beyond necessities. Utilization is simple. It gives users and administrators the access they need to get a complete picture of the accounts connected to the application. Since most features are pre-built, customization is limited.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be on pace with how utilities operate, base functionality has to be updated. Even to accomplish like for like, we had to make many improvements. IT and business support costs are significantly higher than anticipated compared to traditional systems. Operating and customizing the product calls for very specialized skills that are not readily available on the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sap offers a team of experts that can assist you in getting started and address any particular needs you might have as you navigate the demands of your business teams as you begin to use Sap. In our discussion, we discussed both the advantages and disadvantages of the software.
