I like how everything is integrated in one place, so you don’t need multiple tools to run daily operations.

It can feel a bit rigid at times, with limited flexibility for deep customization.

With integrated CRM, financials and sales modules, i can easily manage customer relationships, track orders and monitor financial performance all within the same system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A very unified real time Business data such as finance, sales , CRM which makes reporting more accurate and decision making more faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some core modules like payroll maybe limited forcing me to buy custom solutions which make it more costly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend investing in comprehensive training for your team before you go live, this makes it easier operate hence increasing productivity.
