For SMEs such as ours the implementation might be costly

I guess everyday usage will be better day by day, just be patient

What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Traction provided after using Salesforce is excellent. Improved my business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used CRM from salesforce and it had proven wonderful results over the last year and the traction it created for my business is excellent. The customer interactions after using the product helped grow my small business. Proven to provide wonderful results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

CRM is quite expensive compared to other products in the industry but the features it provides is proven worth it. I had been using Microsoft dynamic 365 before but compared to that , Salesforce has been efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go for it. Totally worth for any business types. Highly recommended.

Open features, easy-to-use, with low codes, and with security with anything can be customized and integrate

low code principle, high sceurity and Lightning web components

there is nothing to dislikes but yes some time the fearures limitations and governments limit you have to keep in mind

CRM business should opt for Salesforce only
