The very thing that makes Salesforce different from others. Your all-in-one solution for phone, chat, email, customer data, knowledge base, notes, and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything to dislike, it has never failed me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is the only software you need to be successful in terms of managing customer data. I would highly recommend this or even a different one since Salesforce has a dozen entities.

What differentiates Salesforce Data 360 from other similar products?

It works best if you already use Salesforce. It connects sales, service, and marketing in one place. Other CDPs are more “marketing only,” this one spreads across the whole business. That's why it's called 360 customer platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That one clean customer view. Everyone sees the same info — no more “sales knows one thing, service knows another.” That gap and fight is over forever!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s heavy, slow to get going, and expensive. Feels like too much if your needs are small.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re a Salesforce shop already, go for it. Make sure you have cleaned data, or this will give more messier data, it will be fancy though😅
