What differentiates Salesforce CDP from other similar products?
I feel it does provide so many features and so much information than can be easily adapter to your needs. Also, it does trigger information based on keywords.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface looks good and the workflow itself makes it run smoothly. The customizability is a great aspect too,
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact is that merging cases can be a bit difficult when two cases have different categorizations. (You basically end up having to match the categories to make it merge). I dislike the fact that images can not be pasted, they have to be uploaded which its a big inconvenience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try to clean your data before migrating to it, so you get the best performance out of it from the get go.

The best feature of this tool is its integration with AI, which enables businesses to gain even deeper insights into their clientele and better understand them personally. This tool is also quite flexible, which further enhances its value. Every channel, including email studio, mobile studio, social studies, etc., offers a customized customer experience. Your social media accounts can all be managed in one place, so you don't have to go from one site to another.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce can't assist you in handling a lot of information. The reporting portion is susceptible to even the slightest modification, and the data format is not always straightforward. Additionally, it can be challenging to discern between folders and subfolders. It cannot be easy to manage all fields, all program, etc., with flexibility, adjustments, and adaption.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
enables the tracking, sharing, and using of data and comments for sales and problem-solving scenarios. For businesses dealing with enormous amounts of data, Salesforce is incredibly helpful. The best feature of a standard reference to track the life cycle of a service opportunity is the production of tickets. We used Salesforce to increase our productivity and sales closing abilities while automating some tedious tasks.
