Product stability and functioning without bugs. this is a very stable SaaS product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Product stability and reporting. It has very extensive reporting that helps teams a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UI is a bit slow if we compare it with other CRMs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are working with a lot of reporting and large data segments then go for it.

Salesforce sales automation has made it very easy to manage leads with a collaborative approach. The SFDC environment is very flexible to accommodate customisation

Centralised and collaborative approach for leads management with complete transparency
What do you dislike most about this product?
To learn the tool, it requires in-depth training. Also, customisation takes time.
