What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It's price is more reasonable compared to it's competitors. Also it has very easy user interface features that are so easy to work with compared to it's competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it's user friendliness and ability to connect to thousands of devices. Also with it it's very simple to keep track of orders and send them out to our customers. Also I like it's simplicity to it it's user's.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has really helped us to manage growth opportunity globally by our sales and account teams,so I have no dislike towards it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a very efficient workflow management platform that helps to carry out decisions related to customer's very easily,you should consider it as your first choice

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a unique platform used by the sales team across almost all organizations. They have built the software and the platform with sales reps in mind from the ability to manage all opportunities to deals and leads. All the features align with a sales team's needs and metrics important to showcase to the executive team and shareholders revenue being generated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the ability to customize the platform and overall process per organization and the ability to have a comprehensive view of all the metrics necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There can be error messages that are not very clear and requires the assistance of IT owner/manager of the platform to support which is not always feasible. Support could be improved and maybe have access to customer support provided by Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very important to ensure you are part of the implementation process to really understand what verbiage is used in lead generation, deal management, and opportunity tracking overall.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

The features and scale it offer in terms of Lead generation programs and the benefit it offers to the Sales team is amazing. It also is so flexible in terms of being integrated with other softwares is very beneficial

The ease of use and the features it has.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For certain things it may not be intuitive enough while building dashboards

Make it easier to use calculated fields in dashboard building.
