What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It is essential software not only for Sales Teams, who can have all information from the Customers and many Automation tools in place but Salesforce Sales Cloud could be fine-tuned for other teams inside a company. Different consoles and views could be created for Finance, HR, IT, Chief Officers, Managers, and Support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very organized platform that makes it easy to see what projects are being completed and prioritize things that need immediate action.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customizable product that can be adapted to fit every business' requirements, though it does take some time to get setup and running.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

I have not used a large amount of similar products. SFDC has many capabilities but sometimes can run slow because of the interface. At the end of the day I believe it is on your organization to properly set it up so it does not become oversaturated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to track different accounts and prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface not being customizable for end user - sometimes there are too many clicks to get simple tasks done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you really work on set up, take feedback from your end users and put the time in to make improvements.
