What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
It is highly customizable, very stable and can be a true "platform". I have used Salesforce.com since its inception, but have also used several other CRMs--there's a reason it has the reputation it does!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to accomplish ANYTHING you want with it. If there is a business need for software, it can be deployed in Salesforce.com. It can eliminate all spreadsheets, all bottlenecks, manual processes, etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is a limiter that I wish could be addressed. Although I understand it costs to innovate, it is the main reason why people look elsewhere. Otherwise, it would be only limited by the capabilities of the person administering it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Find someone who knows how to use the functionality within the system to maximize it. It is one of the products that most companies barely touch the surface on!

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
Salesforce is the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. However, I have lost my data a few times. If saving capability is improved, it will be great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Saving entered data is not automatic and can lead to losing work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software became an indispensable part of our strategic sales meetings, provides valuable information, it is customizable, works in the cloud and not hard to implement.

Actually, I didn’t noticed anything that I could dislike for this wonderful Marketing Tool enabling holistic Lead Management. Every feature performed well to the best of my knowledge. Hence, no areas of improvement applicable.
