I haven't used other products, so I'm not sure!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The lead routing and customization - I can see how the lead interacted/ got into our system pretty easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce in general seems to be clunky at times, this is no exception

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask your individual contributors for feedback when doing the customization, continue to iterate and get something efficient in place
