What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Salesforce have better integration abilities with third party softwares like Jitterbit for mapping invoices from ERP. The analytics and reporting are off the chart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

* Endless Possibilities * Always innovative towards CRM market * Easy to understand and use

What do you dislike most about this product?

* Expensive license * Hate lightning edition slowness * Lot of restrictions if you are not SFDC Admin

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

There is no comparision here. I have used Zoho & Hubspot before using Salesforce and I already have this thought in my mind that I am not going to go back to those tools. It boosts my productivity a lot. The ease of use, integrations, reporting & analytics are some of the best qualities with Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting & Analytics is my favourite. It's can be granular and you can export it based on what you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Quoting - I have to create quotes multiple times sometimes to get to the right quote.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please do consider it. You might need to invest a bit extra but it's totally worth it.

Shorten the sales cycle with automated adaptive campaigns designed to always provide the best next step for every client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Einstein analytics is used for reporting, which is very advanced and some users don't get it. Proper training is required. Integration with all marketing and outside sources do not takes place. It is integrated with some applications but not all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
