What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Salesforce has few competitors in the field of CRMs that can stack up to the level and investment that they can. You can do whatever you'd like with the customer success team from Salesforce and the ideas that you have, they'll come up with solutions for you if they don't have them. Include the salesforce registered Applications and integration is easier than its ever been!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If it's not in Salesforce, it doesn't exist. It's great to have a single source of truth for our marketing, sales, CS, etc. teams to get on board with. All of our notes, context, and interactions with our prospects/clients is easily accessible and actionable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have complaints with the platform nor product, however its important to have someone with a vision for your data management consulting with other departments that will be impacted before standing the product up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend taking a healthy look at your pipeline and data ingestion at this time, run through the workflow, then work through it again making it very straightforward. For example, do your leads coming in overnight primarily come from EU markets? Build into your lead generation and distribution to account managers that handle that area, the rules are only as smart as you make them! :)

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Honestly for me, what makes Salesforce Sales Cloud stand out is how everything connects so smoothly. It’s not just a CRM it literally gives a full 360° view of your leads, pipeline, and deals in one place. The automation and customization options are also on another level compared to others. Once you get used to it, it really makes your sales process faster and more organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how organized it keeps everything. From tracking leads to managing follow-ups, it just makes my work smoother. I don’t have to jump between tools everything’s in one place, and that saves a lot of time. Since it is a time saver, it also helps me to deal with multiple leads since it saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly for me, the only thing I dislike is that Salesforce can feel a bit complicated at first. There are so many features and settings that it takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything. Once you get used to it, it’s great but the learning curve is real.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say go for it, but be ready to invest a little time in setup and learning. Salesforce has tons of features, and once you customize it for your workflow, it really boosts productivity. Just don’t expect to master it on day one.
