Under the thought of "Easy to do business with", I think it would benefit to customers if you had different base package models such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, etc... so there would not be as much customizing needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

S2K is versatile software that can be in a wide range of businesses but can change as your business changes and grows.
