What differentiates RUN Powered by ADP from other similar products?

We use this program to keep up to date the payroll of the company's employees, but also to track and monitor employee absences, attendance, overtime and more. It is a complete software and very useful to carry also all the part of recruitment of new staff, which is perfect, to have in a single program, all the information of employees from recruitment and entry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to having a complete and simple module for payroll, the program also allows the integration of other software to have on hand the retirement plan and payment of benefits, which makes our work much more comfortable and easy. It has a mobile application, which allows me to have access to all the work and performance of employees, even being out of the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the program could also integrate other programs, such as accounting programs, so that I don't have to make other payments and calculations in other programs. The assistance of their service is not very efficient, if they respond to the demands we have made, but the waiting time and response is quite long and tiring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use RUN for our payroll and time attendance. I am an office manager, approving time cards and PTO requests through ADP. We also use employee wages through this program. I am not from a salaried background, so their product makes my job easier. They also have great customer service. I have always had excellent customer service, and if you are new to ADP, the staff is patient and explains it well. I love the ease of use of the site and do what I need to do in terms of payment and time off. The site is very easy to navigate. If you don't have time to call customer service, it's helpful to have an area where you can see how things are done.

My favorite aspect is that the product has good features and competition and is constantly evolving .

The product is a bit pricey.

Everyone has to buy from this product because i have tried it , trust it and it's products ,and it always strives to provide the best.
