You can look through the object's image history using the global search feature. The NAS Direct Archival allows data to be sent to an archival vault without using up local storage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle DB backup has long-standing issues with RAC instances and standby instances. Depending on where your users and groups are located in the AD hierarchy, the time it takes to log in using the integrated method can change. I tried to concentrate more, but I could have been more effective. It still works even if logging in takes around 20 seconds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My interactions with the vendor increased my regard for them because they started by offering excellent customer service. They quickly identified a problem's solution, and a few weeks later, they improved it. We put a lot of faith in technology because we have access to many of its resources.

We use it for both cyber security and ransomware recovery. As a result, our business recovers more rapidly and contributes to keeping us safe. This also enables us to save all those affected. Since it is so crucial, protecting all of our offices comes first. Fantastic stuff Rubrik is quite simple to use. Another excellent option for when a CLI or more specialist issue occurs is tech assistance.

You may browse backups of all types and data inside them using the wonderfully straightforward UI. The finest vendor support I've used is from Rubrik. The support engineers are competent and polite. Overall, my favorite aspect is customer help.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is occasionally still somewhat fresh, so when we raise any problems, they can take their time to resolve them. Even though they claimed it was agentless for VMs, we still had to install the agent on VM instances that had huge backup files. Cluster configuration in Rubrik is a well-organized and dynamic process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From beginning to end, Rubrik was excellent; they guided us in understanding the system, process, and expenses associated with various possibilities. I would want to see networking replication throttling parameters that are more adjustable. I also want to see enhanced and more effective initial backups on the project status and the remaining CBT sections.

What differentiates Rubrik Secure Vault from other similar products?

Everything that I need is available. My favorite feature is their ability to perform modifications and open tunnels so they may investigate problems. Nobody skimps on their explanations or updates. Using Polaris, cluster upgrades are now straightforward. Management is automated through a single programming interface in hybrid and multi-cloud configurations.

Rubrik is evidence that success depends on investing in the product and the team who created it. I've worked with many vendors, but Rubrik's support is the finest. The support engineers are competent and polite. I've never feared contacting Rubrik support because I know I'll hear back from them immediately, either by email or phone. My favorite element is customer help (access, tickets, professionalism, ease of resolution, upgrades, frequency, details, troubleshooting, etc.).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Assistance can take some time to find a solution when we raise issues because it is sometimes still very fresh. For VMs, they said it was agentless. However, due to the size of the backup files, we still had to install the agent on those workstations. There are occasionally pushy salespeople here.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With their out-of-the-box immutable storage, implementing One Time Password (MFA) authentication, and finally implementing a secured SLA (prevent zeroing out) to protect the data with multiple tiers needed to stop threat actors from drastically altering the protection, they can keep their data safe. It only took one day to implement, and that day was remote!
