What differentiates Rootstock Cloud ERP from other similar products?

The customer service/technical support is simply amazing. The issues are always addressed in a timely manner. They are explained well and often include screen shots or broken-down step by step, easy to follow instructions. I believe that their customer support and learning centers really set them apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because Rootstock Cloud ERP is built on the Salesforce platform, it has allowed us to easily create custom objects for our unique business practices and relate them to our Manufacturing & Financial data within Rootstock.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With customizations we run the risk of upgrade issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is amazing and works stable and efficiently

What differentiates Rootstock Cloud ERP from other similar products?

Rootstock leverages salesforce reporting and Ai tools to provide real time dashboards and insights across operations helping me make faster data decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce foundation makes customization easier, so my workflows and reports evolve with the business without any heavy technical lift.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It creates high volume records, this makes data storage grow so quick and some records cannot be easily deleted or archived. This increases costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend companies to invest in change management and clear implementation planning.
