What differentiates Rocket.Chat from other similar products?

Rocket Chat is better than similar app due to the fact that it allows you to create Channels for different departments

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Rocket.Chat can be access on all devices. I like that it is very easy to use. With Rocket Chat you are able to create Channels for each department and also Private Channel for your team. When send a message to a channel or group you are able to notify all members of the group

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only thing about Rocket.Chat that I dislike is that it dont gives me the option to delete a private chat only option is to Hide chat

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using Rocket.Chat within your organization as it reduces Talk Time as an agent will get instant response as it relates to getting assistance from support members
