What is your favorite aspect of this product?
RingCX lets me manage everything from a single dashboard. That means when a customer switches from calling to messaging, I don’t lose context, I am able to see the entire conversation history right there
What do you dislike most about this product?
Recordings often capped at 90 days, which may not meet compliance needs Lacks built‑in forecasting, scheduling, and performance optimization tools I also dislike the occasional glitch of the interface. Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to get where I need to go

If your business requires long term call recording storage, check whether RingCX’s 90 days retention limit works for you. Check integrations with your existing tools Use tools like RingSense AI for agent assistance and analytic
