What differentiates ReliaQuest GreyMatter Platform from other similar products?

Many tools doesn't come with SOAR Capabilities, which makes this a unique among many other tools in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Playbooks is one, because it almost reduces fatigue when handling multiple alerts and help in initial response and also the actions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not well versed in the product to find the dislikes so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd say it has a bundle of packages which can be utilised very well in a decent infrastructure to maintain a good security posture and manage logs and incidents.
