What differentiates RedTeam Flex from other similar products?

The tech support, hands down! They're there to answer questions within seconds.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again, the live tech support. I don't have to waste hours to get a question answered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All of the permissions are confusing and I have been stopped in my tracks because I don't have a certain permission but I don't know which one it is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good program with a lot of great potential. The updates are frequent and they're always working to make it better. The tech support alone is worth every dollar.

What differentiates RedTeam Flex from other similar products?

We have used microsoft project and just plain old excel in the past and neither is quite as intuitive and easy to use. I like that it integrates with the rest of the system so that everything is kept in one place and easy to update.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Makes changes a breeze. There is very little in RedTeam that you can't undo so if any mistakes are made you can usually fix it before it becomes a problem

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can get frustrating to figure out who needs what permissions because there are what seems to be 1000 different permissions a user could have. I run into a lot of roadblocks when trying to do various tasks because I am missing one tiny obscure permission and the owner of the company who is very busy, is the only one who can give it to me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out! Overall it's a great system and the support that you receive via the chat is like nothing I've ever experienced with previous software providers.
