What differentiates Qualtrics XM for Employee Experience from other similar products?
Qualtrics is an advanced tool that not just helps in gathering user feedback but also provides an analysis report with good visualization dashboards and can integrate with any application. It meets most of the requirements one might have for a successful CSAT/NPS implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use to design a survey and dashboard functionality that could be auto-scheduled. The client service of Qualtrics is amazing too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
None at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Qualtrics is bit pricier compared to so many other tools but its really worth the price. We have tried so many other alternative tools but end up returning back to Qualtrics always because of its functionality and amazing client service.
