Its a detailed tool, Which i have used extensively for couple of years, Covers everything which is required from Survey to analysis to Dashboarding its a fine tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of understanding and usability is the best part, I like branching, dashboard as well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tool is vast, someone with minimal technical knowldege would require training for navigation

By complete analytics and feedback which have actionable insights. This feature allows real time feedback by which organizations and identify areas of improvement and make timely adjustments to enhance overall experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It offers some higher end cost and sometimes we face ingeneration challenges as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend them to identify clear objectives , Investing time in education , training also to promote integration with existing systems.
