It is one of the goos chat product that helps you to book a meeting with leads via chat.

It does a pre-qualification and creates a meeting when you are not available at that moment!

Sometimes a bit slow with the integration with Salesforce.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?
By allowing such easy engagement with visitors, Qualified has been a handy resource for communication, support, and sales through our website. It has also been essential for gathering a wealth of customers, valuable data, and contact information to update our CRM. Its simplicity and intuitiveness have accelerated the adoption of the software and allowed us to realize its benefits more quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Few tools compare to those rated for successful prospecting; it has an excellent user interface that exudes intuitiveness and is simple to use. In addition, it has features that promote smoother and more prioritized interaction with users who visit our website, provide better navigation, and help us determine which products and services we offer best fit their needs. It performs well, and evaluating candidates allows us to conduct a better prospecting process. I appreciate how well it integrates with other products; for now, it complements our CRM and simplifies things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I don't like is that there are no options to customize templates. It is vital in terms of usability and design, and there are no issues.

In terms of features for prospecting and interacting with customers and prospects, it is aesthetically pleasing, simple to use, and very practical; it also has an invaluable ability to link to external products.
