It is designed to focus in large collaborative proposal teams thus offers efficient collaboration across departments It’s strong workflow control when dealing with complex proposals
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has a steep learning curve for new users as they need to learn and understand the collaborative features, workflow setup and content management, and all these slows down the initial adoption process
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure to train new users before implementing to ensure everyone understands how to use a structured proposal system

What differentiates QorusDocs from other similar products?
I wasn't on the selection panel, but the QPilot features are why the team chose Qorus over others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it allows the bid teams to easily reference previous responses to build a new one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think all the things we disliked are either being addressed by the next update or are on the roadmap, so just waiting for them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go end-to-end on your existing process with the implementation team first, it'll make customising Quorus as you go a lot easier.
