Good Product - Not Unique

What differentiates Pulseway Remote Desktop from other similar products?
Is an easy to use product - implementation was also quite easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With it being a smaller team working on Pulseway I do feel like we are heard when asking for specific features - however the timeline of the implementation of these features is not always as quick as one would hope.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reliability - there are some weird kinks that pop up with Pulseway that don't seem to have clear reasons for why they occur. Such as remoting into other devices and remote key inputs don't work, requiring you to restart the Pulseway service to get it to properly work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ultimately it is built off of the same back-end as Kaseya VSA, price-wise it is a bit more but we are currently in the process of migrating to it. Very similar interface but the amount of features and options are much grander and feels like there's a bit more control on functionality. Compare the price to what you want feature-wise in a remote support client and go from there.
Pros
- Caring
- Trustworthy
- Respectful
- Fair
Cons
- Less Inspiring
- Less Transparent
- Inhibits Innovation

What differentiates Pulseway Remote Desktop from other similar products?
It provides me with outstanding sight and detail throughout my entire area. I like how detailed each machine’s view may be at the click of a button. The mobile application is also quite effective. The customer response time is excellent, and they are always eager to assist – and if they are unable to, they will escalate the situation to the appropriate individuals. They also have some of the most dependable items I’ve tried.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It contains all of the necessary components to help me monitor and control my systems, whether they be Hyper-V, Exchange Server, Active Directory, or SQL, and they are all accessible and fully operational from my mobile device at any time and from anywhere. This software provided me with a piece of mind, particularly when minor configuration modifications or fixes were required. I also prefer the Windows updates integration because handling updates on Windows servers is frequently required outside of typical business hours. I enjoy how I can access Pulseway from my phone and install updates for each of the Windows servers in my environment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of control over alerts: I should give up on using my system’s rules-based alerting for raising tickets if I want it. Purchasing their PSA product is required. Obtaining comprehensive information can be a laborious process. I give credit to other systems for having a main interface with a wealth of information. A machine cannot be used to access its information when it is offline. I’m hoping Pulseway addresses this as soon as possible. Even though I have a few complaints about Pulseway, I still like the device.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Unlike many other solutions on the market, Pulseway is meant to be not just efficient and powerful, but also enjoyable to use. With brilliant visual automation, simple remote control, and patching that just works. What I truly like is the smartphone app. It is by far the greatest on the market, so no matter where I am or where my team is, we can instantaneously connect from the palm of our hand.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

For remote assistance, Pulseway is a must

What differentiates Pulseway Remote Desktop from other similar products?
The ability to log into systems remotely to help users or fix issues is a game-changer for my business. The cost is reasonable, especially for startups and smaller businesses. Complete mobile solution. Offers a lot of functionality that would normally be found in a complete Windows domain but in a less demanding setting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As soon as a support ticket is received, I am able to pinpoint the user's computer and, in many cases, fix the issue that prompted the ticket with a prewritten solution. If that doesn't work, I can always transfer files and take control of their computer remotely. My fleet is always up to date and I always know whether a reboot is necessary thanks to Pulseway's management of Windows and application upgrades.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mac and Linux compatibility is subpar. Problems with response time are common in tech support. Salespeople can be aggressive at times. There appear to be certain scripting and automation design choices that don't make sense.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The simple installation process, helpful user base, rich range of functionality, and aesthetically pleasant interface. When a server stopped responding to our standard remote control tool, we were able to get it back up and running quickly by having it execute PowerShell remotely.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service
- Saves Time
