What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is extremely straightforward to use and understand. I prefer all of the practicality and analytics. I can see what I need to check very fastly, making new keywords and campaigns is simple. The dashboard is very userfriendly and they have plenty of options to make and execute completely different campaigns. I just like the Appointment Reminder scheduling and integration with Google calendar that we use all the time. It’s very quick to schedule the reminders and they go out at the designated date and time which saves us plenty of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A number of the features aren’t easy to understand, but they create with their phone support. I hope they improve their style and UI. Overall, it gets things done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re trying to find a reliable SMS service, ProTexting is the platform for you. I’m stunned at how many options they offer, essentially supplying you with choices for each kind of SMS campaign you would like to create. Their MMS delivery is nice too.
