What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Web-based forms, integration with IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs support to implement new modules and map fields to SAP. Does not allow us to be self-sufficient. Also, lack of detailed written documentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that this product will work for you before buying.
