What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?

Proposify excels in its ability to streamline and simplify our proposal creation and management processes. Its real-time collaboration features allow our team to work seamlessly on proposals, making the process much more efficient

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has great reporting and analytics tools. We use these insights to tweak our recruitment proposals and optimize our strategies, resulting in a significant reduction in hiring costs and a more efficient hiring process

It lacks a robust document management system

What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?

Proposify is highly customizable, If you have a graphic designer or design team that can assist with the build out, it can lead to a highly designed and workable contract. It creates a great experience both on the backend and for the end user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The notifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say there is a learning curve and that was the hardest part of launching the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to utilize any training and communication with Proposify instead of launching on your own and trying to figure it out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Templated proposals has reduced our time in creating a proposal from a few days to hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The text editor can be a bit rough sometimes. Things will disappear and you have to reload the page to see them. Sometimes it feels like you are editing in Microsoft Word when you make a small change and it affects every page in the proposal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try it out. It works well for smaller businesses
