What differentiates ProdPad from other similar products?

Incredible price/quality ratio compared to other similar tools. The support is extremely responsive, helpful, and personable, and it allows you to collect and organize feedback very effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very versatile. We decided to implement it internally in our organization to manage our product development workflow for organizing and collecting customer data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fields connection between ProdPad and JIRA needs to improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ProdPad is visually attractive, the roadmaps are clear and easy to use, they allow you to sort, file, collect and classify ideas and comments from internal or external customers or users. Integrates with JIRA, Slack, and etc.

What differentiates ProdPad from other similar products?

ProdPad defined the category and at every step has been focused on helping product teams achieve better outcomes. The ProdPad team is invested in our success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visibility it gives to the product process, and how we are able to link our outcomes to our initiatives and communicate that. The ability to make public roadmaps and customer feedback portals that connects directly to your product backlog is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything that's in the product, there are some additional things I'd like to see in it and some improvements but there is a process for sharing feedback with the team, and with their public roadmap, we can see what problems they are focused on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ProdPad is really easy to get up and running, starts to deliver value almost straight away and helps you to be successful. It is designed to help you build a product process that helps you focus on the right things. You'd be buying a product from a team that really values their customers and are responsive and flexible.

What differentiates ProdPad from other similar products?

It incorporates best practices in product management and strategy better than other PdM software. The feature set, while it may seem limited and lack customization, is well-thought through to provide the most value. The quality and knowledge of the support team is extremely high and helps you improve the way you build products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How it connects every key element of the product hierarchy, from your portfolio of products, strategy & OKRs, problems to solve, experiments to run, and customer feedback to justify the why. And this is all done in an elegant, visual way on the publishable roadmaps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a startup like ours trying to encourage & follow product best practices, the cost is a little high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't compare feature-to-feature with other similar products; instead, ask yourself what outcomes you need to achieve with a product management tool and how well they align with best practices. Take advantage of the free roadmap clinics that they offer, because you'll be able to get 1-on-1 help from product experts to better understand how to improve your processes, your people, and your product.
