What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipefy is an exceptional platform for automating operations since it is simple to administer, has a quick learning curve, and is user-friendly. The experience of using Pipefy to automate processes is outstanding. When you choose a platform that does not need you to depend on any third parties in order to design or run your automation scenarios, it may feel quite freeing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would want to be able to construct an automation with two or more outputs that serve as actions to be executed rather than simply having the ability to create an automation rule for a single action.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the past, we often let things like onboarding and communication go through the gaps. It was necessary for us to check in with one another on a consistent basis on the current status of the onboarding process for our clients. Because with Pipefy, the shift will be considerably smoother not just for our employees but also for our consumers.

What differentiates Pipefy Platform from other similar products?

This software is quite complete which I think is a great help for all departments, because from a single program we can manage activities and tasks assigned to the project, keep accounting and payroll of employees assigned and with many useful functions and tools to streamline the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the automated processes that this software allows are very good and useful such as scheduling recurring tasks and business processes. Their mobile app is one of the most complete I have used and very easy to use, plus it runs great on all my devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a little hard to learn how to use at first because of the many features it has. It can also be overwhelming the amount of working tools that are displayed by entering the program. Its free version is very limiting, almost all the really important functions are in its paid version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A centralized program, where you can carry all information, activities and management of the different departments, efficiently and successfully. It has allowed the company to be able to organize with their customers and employees, keep their invoices up to date, but at the same time the database of customers and suppliers. It is a very complete software that has benefited us.

Integrates well with our and any application also very Easy-to-use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy Tracking of Added Processes - Pipefy has a feature that automatically triggers an action when a predefined action or event happens and Enhanced Collaboration - Business processes commonly rely on teamwork. With that in mind, Pipefy features a robust set of task management tools that let users easily relay information to their teammates. These are my favourites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to add a due date without a time attached and I would like to see completed tasks be deleted after a set amount of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More Efficient Operations -Pipefy developers understand that each company has a different way of doing tasks, which is why it offers them a lean management tool. More feature on these will be really appreciated.
