PIM works has a neat and clean UI, the product has been thought through and make it easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UX is very intuitive and omnichannel integrations make it very versatile

Documentation is subpar

Its a good product for small and medium-size businesses, but with better documentation and international support, it can be used for organizations as well.

Differentiating factor in PIMworks is the knowledge base. it is very detailed and also very much intuitive .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like bulk enrichment and Send to API concept in PIMworks

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like side menu navigation as it blocks my screen some times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend PIMworks to mid level businesses who want to maintain product data in a central platform
