What differentiates Perk from other similar products?

Travel overview, all needs in just one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visibility of the travel itinerary, as well as the ease of consultation and understanding in transit

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it does not indicate itinerary details. For example, it books a train ticket from the airport to another city, but this itinerary does not indicate that in order to take the train to the city it's necessary to leave the airport and go to the main station of the airport city, causing some confusion and necessity of purchasing an extra ticket from airport to the main station.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have your company's travel policy clear and defined to avoid setbacks and expenses.

What differentiates Perk from other similar products?

It has a consolidated itinerary feature that makes it easy to manage all of your work travels

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quick changes it makes to the itineraries and the notifications that accompany those changes being very timely

What do you dislike most about this product?

The rates of the flights are difficult to compare on mobile. I find the desktop site best for booking and comparing options, and the mobile app best for keeping track of itineraries while on the go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

See if they’re willing to demo the product for you. Always a best practice when sourcing new software!
