What do you dislike most about this product?

Not technically from my end. However, cost perspective heavy pricing had been the most dislike from my earlier organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reduce PRice of the tool as well as support more features and ease in implementations / integrations

What differentiates Perfecto Mobile Testing from other similar products?

1. Simple and Impressive UI. The navigations tabs are simpler for any new person. 2. Extensive support and the person is available whenever required 24*7. 3. Schedules script is one of the best features. 4. Multiple Devices with different screen sizes are one of the attractive features in the tool. 5. Easy to learn. 6. Export and Import the scripts from any account. 7. It can be used for both Manual and Automation testing and can integrate with several tools like Jenkins to capture build automatically.. 8. Export the reports in PDF and different format to share with the clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. I used the perfect tool to perform a smoke and regression test of my mobile application. Check and verify all the functionality and features are working or not after every release or major code 2. change. 3. Check the UI in all the different screen size devices. 4. Run several scripts simultaneously with creating in a different folder and provide the detailed reports to the client with each step and errors to showcase the testing results. 5. Share the scripts with all the testers and they can modify them as per their requirements, 6. It saves a lot of time by scheduling scripts overnight and get the results in detail.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. The thing I felt bad about this tool is the response time of the tool and running scripts. I have to wait after clicking a button sometimes to appear next tab or screen. 2. Another thing is not enough details about the devices which are in use. As an admin or user, I want to check the devices which are busy used by whom? so that I can track who is working on which device. This is one of the recommendations from my side. 3. The scripts should also have the option to import in different languages. 4. Sometimes, the devices stop unexpectedly due to slow response or Perfecto UI, which can be rectified more to save time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is best if you want a automation testing tool and run/test several features of your mobile aplication. Also, it help to share reports to the client directly to give the confident of the testing and build quality of the product. The multiple device support allows to test for multiple test cases and minimize the bugs.

What differentiates Perfecto Mobile Testing from other similar products?

What sets Perfecto apart from others is its robust device lab on the cloud where you can easily test on multiple real devices and browsers without having to invest in hardware. Its automation tools are highly dependable, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines is fairly easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

However, my favorite feature is that the system provides access to actual devices in the cloud, thus facilitating efficient testing without the need for any installation. In addition, the automation feature makes it easy to detect and resolve problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing that I don’t like most about this product is the performance testing feature, which can be improved further in terms of simulating real-life network behavior. Another disadvantage is its cost, which may seem too high to small teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest assessing your testing requirements initially in areas like automation and devices. In case you need extensive testing on actual devices along with proper integration in CI/CD, then this could be a great choice. But keep in mind its price, as it might not suit you financially.
