Its a low code platform which enables faster development with its case types and layers model . It is evolving with the trending technology adding ai features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has capabilities of ai where it enables gen ai features like pega blueprint which enables easy building of casetypes which are the building blocks for automation workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve of this is so different to learn and it has different development paths . The price for every case also more compared to other bpm products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Providing a good ui and more templates for ui and ux in automation workflow which helps users to more interact.
