It's so user friendly and easy to train others to use, Also, employee usage of this is amazing. It's very efficient to use the app for employees to have self-service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is a little pricey, but it is better service than the competition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the tutorials. They will help make things efficient and transition you into the product a lot easier.
