Good Fit for BCM and Crisis Planning

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

The main difference is the platform’s strong focus on operational readiness instead of just compliance. Some BCM products mainly help organisations check the box for audits and standards, while ParaSolution seems designed to help teams actively respond during real incidents. And i also think ParaSolution benefits from its strong industry alignment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that it isn’t just focused on compliance. A lot of tools in this space feel like they exist mainly for audits, but ParaSolution seems more aligned with real operational resilience. It encourages teams to actually maintain and use their continuity plans instead of treating them like static documentation that gets updated once a year and forgotten. And the crisis management and coordination side is provably the most valuable part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The drawback is that it’s not the most lightweight tool to onboard and according to my perspective, getting full value out it usually requires some upfront effort in terms of structuring processes, defining roles, and aligning it with how the organisation actually runs incident response. And i also think the user experience, while functional, can feel a bit traditional compared to newer SaaS tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it more for teams that are serious about governance and compliance. The platform is clearly designed with framework like ISO 22301 in mind, and it works well when we need audtiability, structured processes, and formal reporting. I would also be honest about the trade-off. This is not a lightweight or casual tool we adopt just for basic incident tracking. It requires commitment.
