What differentiates OrbusInfinity from other similar products?

Its focus on the Business Architecture practice while offering capabilities that support complimenting areas. It is the best Strategy to Execution tool we evaluated. It also allows you to document the customer journey against a value stream which has been an important feature for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ability to be customized and the customer support is fantastic, really a huge bonus to the tool. They also take feedback and enhancement requests readily and act on them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some concepts are more rigid than others with the associations we can make and although we can extend the meta model to customize attributes, there are certain things we have had to find work arounds for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a strategy to execution tool that has flexibility in creating dashboards, insights and that also connects to customer journey, this is a great option.
