What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of Oracle Services is that it offers a unified platform that brings together various customer service functions like self-service portals, agent tools, and field service management. This can streamline operations and improve overall customer experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle Service, particularly its database and application suites, can be complex to set up and manage. This can require specialized IT skills and potentially lead to higher implementation costs
