What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

The user freindly interface and the customization and flexibility makes it stand out from other ERPS

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is the strong HR capbilities of global payroll and talent management and workforce analytics

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing much to dislike but sometimes I felt like the cloud capabilities are not that robust

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good product with all the necessary features. The only con is the lack of training materials.
