It may be additional appealing to small/mid-size corporations because of price, however, it’s vital to notice that it needs quite a little bit of internal HRIS and IT support to take care of and customize after implementation.

The ability to mix multiple legacy systems into one seamless solution that may interact with end-users on their mobile devices. Whereas different solutions can perform several similar functions, none of them can perform all of the tasks that PeopleSoft can. Simple to log and track huge amounts of worker data. A sizable amount of choices for coverage and pulling data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we regenerate into the PeopleSoft, there have been such a big amount of bugs and glitches and it took our team months to resolve. And solving one issue often led to alternative issues. Integration with other add-on software systems isn’t always feasible. We’ve payroll integrated, but as an add-on but not managed as a module in Oracle. Permissions and what it limits you to generally isn’t nice. And it is often awkward with its interface and going between lookups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A tool created for Finance, Accounting, and hr to simply track details and provide reports to the management at ease. If this can be your requirement, Oracle people Soft is the right place to go.
