What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?
It is efficient and easy-to-use business software, especially if you are a business owner in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, which employs millions worldwide. The user interface is very straightforward. It has assisted us with all of the HR and financial data without any difficulty at all. This website has never slowed down or failed to work at all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The PeopleSoft HCM team taught our HR professionals the system all over the country after your purchase, and our HR department has been quite productive since then. PeopleSoft has a highly intuitive interface that is easy for HR professionals and employees to use. It can quickly handle changes to employee personal and professional data, payroll, changes to their marital status, and other employee-related changes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most traffic was sent to this page, which was frequently under repair because several issues occurred when processing payroll. Deployment and bug fixes take more time. Several phases are involved in the processing of leaves, which we thought maybe streamlined—the high expense of upkeep. A futuristic user interface is possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool boasts a variety of features, all under one roof. Everything is available in one location, including time reporting, loan applications, and transfer management. The program can be altered to suit organizational requirements. It can be implemented across a wide, diversified user base while bringing various process models to a single, uniform standard with the potential for a single data model and shared procedures.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?
Oracle PeopleSoft could be a long-standing product that covers the basics. It stores a large number of information fields relevant to hr records management and you can report on any of the information (anything that goes in, can begin via reporting). It may be additional appealing to small/mid-size corporations because of price, however, it’s vital to notice that it needs quite a little bit of internal HRIS and IT support to take care of and customize after implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to mix multiple legacy systems into one seamless solution that may interact with end-users on their mobile devices. Whereas different solutions can perform several similar functions, none of them can perform all of the tasks that PeopleSoft can. Simple to log and track huge amounts of worker data. A sizable amount of choices for coverage and pulling data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we regenerate into the PeopleSoft, there have been such a big amount of bugs and glitches and it took our team months to resolve. And solving one issue often led to alternative issues. Integration with other add-on software systems isn’t always feasible. We’ve payroll integrated, but as an add-on but not managed as a module in Oracle. Permissions and what it limits you to generally isn’t nice. And it is often awkward with its interface and going between lookups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A tool created for Finance, Accounting, and hr to simply track details and provide reports to the management at ease. If this can be your requirement, Oracle people Soft is the right place to go.

A stable system that supports HR, benefits, and payroll.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and easy to use. It simplifies processes and reduces paperwork, unlike our previous IBM DOS base mainframe.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too much customization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Out of the box does not have full functionality for users. Many modules require major customization.
