What differentiates Oracle NetSuite ERP from other similar products?

-Netsuite joins core accounting with real-time financials. It facilitates easy integration with third party apps like ADP Workforce-Now, to link timesheets with leave management system. -All modules draw data from a single database, this reduces data entry & retrieval errors. -Dedicated Employee center contains dashboards that display time summary, billing, benefits, hierarchy & other vital information. -Application can handle large data sizes pretty easily which makes it a decent choice for large firms. -They offer customization and organizational branding on the product during the implementation phase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scalability makes it a product for the long run. Employee timesheets can be linked and audited across client invoices as they are under the same umbrella. The product can be customized during the implementation phase with the help of the vendor, but it takes a lot of time & effort if you choose to do it later on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-Customization at a later stage is a lot more difficult than we estimated. -All approval workflows take a lot of time. -Unknown integration errors with 3rd party applications require vendor support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sort out all your customization and branding needs before the implementation phase.
