Developer friendly tool Good Documentation and product support.

Too Complicated to maintain Requires specific knowledge about Application Server, Relational Database and SOA suite to maintain the setup Requires to have significant investment in infrastructure whereas the competitors have already pioneered in SaaS offerings. No Clear roadmap and movement towards Cloud.

If your organisation have people skilled in DB, Application Server and SOA suite and have a team of developers who could customise the features as per your requirement, it is an a good choice for implementation.
