I have limited use with other systems other than Amazon in house built products which were clunky and not intuitive

The simplicity of adding and managing content

Make sure to set clear goals about the purpose of how it will be used. This product can be used in various ways and could be easy to leverage in only one regard. We set up multiple "feeds" for various business purposes.

I would highly recommend setting up a pilot using the support Optisigns offers. They're great at guiding you through the setup and deployment process and have tons of documentation.
