Mobile testing is always a harder aspect irrespective of client and technology.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Read through the documentation. Don't use the WYSIWYG editor to make changes to the same element multiple times on the same variation. learn a little bit of JS and CSS.

What differentiates Optimizely One from other similar products?

With the aid of the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform, we were able to establish a largely positive work and commercial environment, and our reputation has increased significantly. Once the components were discovered, we were once abler to add them. It allows the product cards to be displayed in a timelier manner by providing a faster release cycle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform, we can design a funnel tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, which is the first justification for choosing Optimizely. It is also advantageous in that it enables multiple teams that are involved in a variety of functions to collaborate effectively (such as marketers, content writers, and product managers), which is a crucial benefit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Previous knowledge of development is also required in order for the customization to be completed properly. There are many challenges associated with implementing a program effectively. In order to start going, it was very difficult to locate the parts that I needed. We were not happy with the fact that the system had several expensive components, which did not sit well with our budget executive teams. Not as user-friendly. Requires some adjusting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is data-driven, and it is constantly updated to make sure the CRM solution remains relevant. There is no doubt that the moment has come for us to embrace digital commerce in its entirety, and this is the platform on which we should do so. Finally, we can develop A/B tests that can be used to generate insightful data and develop effective A/B testing methods to do so.
