TestCase execution is simple. Report generation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bulk upload requires a specific format. If your testcases are already in MS excel, uploading requires lot of efforts to change the template to Octane compatible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is most beneficial if product is implemented from starting of the testing cycles and designing stages

I was astounded by the features of ALM Octane, including its user interface, dashboard, API testing, and search engine. Everything has been simpler for my company as a result. Its cost is also less expensive than that of other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Following are some features that I adore about ALM Octane, a unified approach to test management e.g. test planning, execution, and defect management. Secondly, Quick, dependable backup and end-to-end tracking moreover I like integration with the tool for UFT automation. I also like their access management for different user types. Last but not least there is automation which is possible with API.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I frequently experienced outages, and the application occasionally ran slowly when there was a lot of traffic. Moreover, when dealing with technological problems, customer assistance takes a while to respond and a while to resolve problems they must improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface of ALM Octane is incredibly responsive and functions effectively on practically any device. ALM Octane has all features needed for the product development lifecycle. To give our clients the best value and service possible, we can integrate with all sector leaders.

I tried a few tools before I started using this platform, but I stopped using them due to their intricacy. ALM Octane offers a straightforward user interface (UI) that is easy to comprehend. It also provides excellent functionality for testing any form of application. Their functionality goes beyond just having a powerful search engine that allows us to quickly find reliable facts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the interface and usage of ALM Octane. In addition to this, I like the continuous testing integrated with DevOps tools to guarantee the quality of the builds. I find it an extremely useful tool for DevOps, particularly when we want to swiftly introduce it inside the company. The ability to report is also strong, particularly I like the sprint status and strategy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like that we can customize The tool according to our business requirements but it takes a lot of trial and error and many settings cannot be altered from their original settings which is the only thing that I hate about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm happy with ALM Octane that resolved the problems that we were having before it. We used to keep track of all development activities in which applications are involved. The business units create and keep track of requirements, test cases, test suits, and related defects.
