What differentiates Ontraport from other similar products?
The ability to create flows that include multiple channels such as email, text, social media. The ability to integrate social media tracking The ability to integrate with everything via zapier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer service is beyond amazing. They will help you get everything you need implemented. So amaziny helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app is not yet useful. It's new so more development needed. But it makes no sense that when sending texts and emails on mobile the app send from your person contact info and not from the defaults set up in desktop. We are a company I do not want any of our staff contacting clients using their personal numbers, everything needs to be through the business for continuity and redundancy. Also scheduling is non existent and you can't track lead sources through the integration
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out for your business. It certainly made the difference for ours. We'd be list without it.
