What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

Compared to other vendor management software, Onspring is the most configurable. We can use the software to support our unique processes, rather than having to adapt our process to work within the constraints of the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Configurability and intuitive user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can get a lot out of this product if you have some javascript knowledge. The daily support team will help troubleshoot formulas but will not help you develop advanced formulas; this requires a fee to engage with the technical services team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider what resources you have internally to administrate the software. If you want control and flexibility and have resources available for administration, Onspring is a great solution. If you do not have internal resources to support ongoing administration and configuration for new business process needs, then you may want a more off the shelf solution.
