What sets Onspring’s GRC suite apart is its dual capability, not only is it a powerful platform for automating core governance, risk, and compliance functions, but it also serves as a flexible business automation tool that helps us streamline operations and achieve broader business objectives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I appreciate most about this product is its exceptional level of customization. Whether you need a highly detailed solution or a more streamlined approach, the platform adapts to your specific needs without compromise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One area where Onspring could improve is usability. While the platform is incredibly powerful and feature-rich, the learning curve can be steep, and navigating some of its more complex functions isn’t always intuitive. Enhancing user-friendliness would make it even more accessible and efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend having a well-defined process in place before implementing Onspring, then using the platform to enhance, automate, and scale that process. Its true value comes from amplifying what’s already working through smart automation.

What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

The system is very user friendly and have a free hand on customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to do updates or change without the need to coordinate again with the vendor to manage the change.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing particular, only a minor thing with regards to their dashboard chart that decimals cannot be round-off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for a demo to see the features and capability of the system. Then during that demo, ask as many scenarios as possible you want to be embedded on your Risk Management system.

What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

This product is flexible and more intuitive than any other software I have used before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I started with implementing the first instance in 2017. I added another one in 2023 because I love this software, its functionalities, flexibility, ease of implementation, the company's support, and the continuous improvement of the software functionalities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say the cost, but Onspring has implemented a new product license agreement which is very helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend buying it because this software will streamline, standardize, and automate business processes, saving a lot of administrative work.
